Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times typically range from 1-2 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

We currently ship within the continental U.S. only.

Cold-Packed Shipping

To ensure your juices arrive cold and fresh, all orders are shipped using insulated packaging with ice packs.
It is recommended to refrigerate your juices immediately upon delivery to maintain optimal freshness.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Issues

Royally Nourished is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@royallynourished.com with your order number and details of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or items left unrefrigerated after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
